Absolutely the most unethical and greedy group of engineers I have ever worked with. After hiring this firm for 3 subdivision projects, so many errors and omissions were made which caused more resubmittals to the county and additional fees for each resubmittal. My advice is to stay clear of this firm unless you enjoy doling out thousands in cash to Candice and Ray each time they add county regs to your site plans (not AACo regs, DFI regs) and you have to resubmit once again for erroneous 'mistakes' and be charged for them.
