Nate and Jim could care less about what goes on during the development of their communities. I have put in multiple calls and emails to them about a serious concern for children's safety in the development across from an elementary school. Never received a reply or phone call.
This applies to both Candlelight homes and DAI. Promises one thing, and does another. We are waiting to hear back from them on our latest issues but buyers beware. If you cant find another builder and must go with candlelight, get everything in writing. We were told a small retaining wall would be built behind our house since our house elevation and the street were not equal, here we are 4 months later and now they want to come onto our property and grade away our backyard down to the level of the street so they can save a f... read more
Avoid the selling agent Candace, she is a really crappy, horrible, low ethic, low moral, genuine unpleasant person to work with.
