No hot water in room. Phone number listed online isn’t active . When I finally got email of hotel manager/owner they tried telling me that there is hot water now. They stopped emailing me back. They provided no resolution and failed to acknowledge that the shower had no water. Tread lightly if taking risk booking here
Wir waren hier, um ein paar Tage die Universal Studio Parks zu besuchen. Die Lage zu den Parks ist wirklich super. Man ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten dort. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich. Es gibt keinen Ausschnitt oder Obst/Gemüse. Wir waren hier 4 Nächte und jeden Tag war der Zimmer Service da und hat uns Handtücher weggenommen ohne neue hinzulegen. Am dritten Tag hatten wir also keine Handtücher mehr. Had a pleasant stay. Great value for the price. Yovani was helpful from check in to check out
The rooms are ok no fancy.The place is not very clean.The cleaner only clean our room ones and we stay four nights.The breakfast was really good that is the only good thing at the hotel
