I agree, they do not pay their subcontractors. I know from person experience and have heard the same from many others. They are 6 months past due with payment to our company. No one answers the phone, ever, and I have never received a return call from the many messages I have left. I did receive an email promising payment immediately and full of apologies. Great company to work with! - I have worked with Devel Construction for the last 8+ years, to date, I have never had an issue with payments related to work, or purchases. I plan to continue work with them in the future.
If i could give 0 stars i would. THEY DO NOT PAY their subcontractors and do no return any calls or emails. We are filing complaints with the contractor state board and filing liens on them. Do not hire or work for them!
