So extremely unprofessional. I used to regularly go to see doctor Deveou but as of recently it is impossible to schedule an appointment or to get anyone on the phone to do so. They almost never answer and when they do they sound annoyed. I had an appointment CANCELED with ZERO COMMUNICATION. I went out of my way to show up just to find out it has been cancelled. I love Dr Deveau and all the staff! Also, I have terrible veins and they always get my blood first try which is not normal for me! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. ❤️
My name is Lola Stephens despite the email name. I have been a patient of this office for over a year now. It used to be a very easy thing to make and keep an appointment with this office. Not anymore! We were so impressed with nurse practitioner Pamela Kelley that my daughter in-law had me start going to this office and I moved my two older brother's medical to this office as well. Pamela Kelley is simply awesome. But it is no longer possible to get a live person to answer the phone here no matter what time of day you call ... read more
