Every step with Ray was great—planning, getting permits, the actual construction—I could not have asked for more attentive service.

This team actually found a leak in my bathroom while they were doing an upgrade. They offered to fix it themselves, but didn’t get pushy about it, which I appreciated. I ended up having them repair it, and it only added a little time and cost to the job. I am certain in the long run they saved me a lot of money; I can’t imagine how bad it’d be if that leak had grown. They went above and beyond, and I am deeply appreciative. I imagine that not every crew would have shown that much attention to detail.
