We had a great experience working with Ray, Joan, Sebastian, Carlos, Jason, and others at DevArt8 on our garage (and more) remodel. Had a chance to work with Ray & Mike on turning over a rental property in between tenants. Not only did he redo the kitchen and both of the showers that had significant water damage with new faucets, tub surround and pvc around window, his team did a number of handyman services around the property including painting, replacing faucets, fixing light fixtures and cleaning and repairing gutters. The service was done timely and with great quality. I highly recommend DevArt8 again.
DevArt8 Builders renovated two bathrooms in my home, and I couldn't be happier with their work. They were really professional, dependable, and demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship. The project stayed on budget, and they cleaned up after themselves every day. I highly recommend Mike and his team.
Very prompt response time, and they do quality work. Finally, a gen contractor that I can trust. I interview 6 different contracts and Ben was the last one to come. The job they quoted went longer and was more involved than they originally thought but they stuck by their quote. I would recommend to anyone!
