I have a ring I got for an anniversary that was damaged and Tyler gave me a couple of options explaining the benefits of each option, I opted for the best option and was very happy with the results. My ring looked brand new! I have some emeralds that he is going to set as earrings for me as well! Very patient with me and very accommodating.
