The absolute worst customer service ever for a maintenance and parts services. These folks don’t know what they are doing and they couldn’t care less about their customers experience. They fail to call you when your parts arrive, they took our Yukon for an entire day and never called us to let us know the work was done, when we called late in the day they said they didn’t realize the vehicle was there (although they checked us in that morning).
