Took 10 plus business days to respond back to an email. My dad went in person to ask about next steps and we were told that mortgage instructions were not sent over, when it was in fact sent over almost a month ago. Not sure why they couldn't check this. Later received an out of office message that they will be on vacation and I was not even aware about this. Decided to switch legal firms as communication was limited and I felt like I was in the dark for too long.
