Without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The attention I received from the doctor was acceptable, although he did not solve the issue I went to see him for. What was unacceptable was being charged $400 upfront, despite the doctor being part of my insurance network, and especially the rudeness and aggressiveness of one of the two women at the front desk. I wish I can give them 0 stars I called the office for the first time to take an appointment for my both daughters the office stuff was very rude and attitude 😒 she wants to talk only and doesn't let me to talk she's unprofessional at all.
I’ve been going to this doctor for over 10 years about a month and a half ago I was there and I recently requested the UB 04 form for my secondary insurance I called I spoke to the woman at the front desk. She was very rude. I’ve gotten this paper several times I had no problem, I stated to her that I will call my insurance company. If I do not get it, they would not let me speak to the biller they would not help me. I called today for an appointment and they tell me I am no longer welcome in the office as a patient.
