Dr Panigrahi is the very best! My family has been going to him for 38 years now. He is pleasant and has an excellent bedside manner.
Horrible doctor. Do not waste your time. I tried to make a formal complaint and the front desk person said they don’t have an office manager or anyone who handles complaints. He referred me to get a procedure done met me got 2 minutes and couldn’t even tell me the procedure, the recovery, and the healing process. So you’re supposed to blindly follow up to an appointment at the hospital and get a procedure done without the doctor who’s recommending the procedure to be done that can’t even explain what the procedure is!!! I think Dr Panigrahi is a doll and helped clear out my very clogged ear but it appears his staff tells everyone they can't confirm your insurance and makes you pay up front when I found he was in network so now I have to wait to hopefully get the money back when they submit it
EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF!! As similar reviews here state, the woman at the front desk is absolutely atrocious. She is rude, talks over her colleagues, demands patients to fill out forms repeatedly, etc. My last visit, I was charged $300 up front because of a deductible, even though the doctor is in network, which I have never experienced before and I don't understand.
