I have a 2011 Mini Cooper. I went through 3 batteries in 9 months. Finally the battery guy discovered I needed to "register" the battery with the car so it charges correctly. I found Deutschland Autohaus. I called up to ask if they could squeeze me in today. I would leave it and get it layer. They said sure, I went by and the tech said why don't I just wait, he can do it right now. He got the proper system, knocked it out in a few minutes, came back and said no charge! How about that in this day and age!! Class act. Thanks.
