If I could give them 10 stars I would. Customer service is top notch. They respond quickly and service was done quicker than expected. Definitely recommend them for honest and efficient Audi car care.

Ordered a liquid moly oil change kit with factory filter and a new drain plug and washer for my mk6 2.0tsi took a week and a half to receive it. Extremely slow shipping for something I know was in stock. The drain plug they sent is not oem and the washer is not a crush washer and the plug leaks. I follow them on YouTube and figured I would order through them considering they are VW enthusiasts needless to say I’m very disappointed and glad I ordered and extra quart of oil because I’m sure that’s what I’ll use when I put a oe... read more
