Silvia is the ultimate real-estate professional. She was the one who helped us buy our house 23 years ago and more recently sell it. She made it very easy for us to buy and sell, systematically guiding us through the process. She listens to our needs and if any roadblocks come up, she works through them to get to the goal. We have recommended her to many of our friends and totally trust her. If we returned to Rochester, she would be our go-to person for a home there.
