These two are the worst property management service I have ever seen. I have rented from many places and never had such a problem. I found a nice condo listed on Craigslist and decided to rent it. Even before renting it, they hardly responded to emails and it was never in a timely manner. When I got the keys and had the initial walkthrough, there was paint touchups all over that were a different color than the wall paint.
