The service department never returns calls. I have called a few times to get info about a recall on my truck but they never call back.
Within 10 minutes of being there I was repeatedly disrespected by their manager who insisted on making personal attacks towards me. I entered the dealership with a $40k preapproval and $5k cash and to be Frank I will never return to Duer-Speet. There is absolutely no excuse for a dealership to be anything other than respectful and kind; I'll take my business elsewhere and I recommend you all do the same! We deserve better Fremont!
Will not take my Durango anywhere else. The service department at Duer Speet is absolutely amazing. Cannot thank them enough for all their help.
