THE WORST DENTAL EXAM I HAVE EVER RECIEVED! After xrays the dentist looked at them and decided there wasn't anything wrong. Maybe a deep cleaning but nothing else. I asked about doing the cleaning and he said it would take 2 weeks to get insurance ok. I know I have a cavity under my crown. He said there wasn't one. Went to another dentist that did confirm there was a cavity and I definitely needed the deep cleaning. They called the insurance and I had the cleaning that day!! I had called to see if they were able to help me out with my situation told the lady my tooth was aching on the phone and so on… she said yes we can help you! come on in on This day….. When I get there they process to charge me right away and do x-ray got one picture and all he did was a tap on my tooth he didn’t bother to listen to what I had to say and just told me they can’t help or do anything else…. to go somewhere else….
