This office is full of incompetence! Initial call to get glasses (with prescription in hand) they try to give full exam, then blame us for wasting Dtr.’s time, then tried to give us 2 prs when supposed to be one, the pd $10 to ship (in hopes of getting them faster, instead they mail to their own zip code and now need to wait an additional week to get glasses! I wouldn’t be surprised if the glasses are somehow wrong too!! I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this place for anything!

I've never been to this eye Dr just trying to reach them you'll jump hoops for days!! Don't bother leaving a message cause they'll Never call you back!! Dr Wilson and his staff are so much better in every way possible!!!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS EYE DOCTOR! Went to Detwiler Eyecare, to get glasses. The atmosphere is so welcoming, from them answering the phone for a question, to picking out frames, Eye Doctor coming out chating with a patient, very informative on prices for added things for your glasses, a layaway plan, in all my life of going to eye doctors in California and Ohio, I've never experienced such welcoming courteous atmosphere.
