The hours are weird and it takes a long time to get your glasses. However, the staff is very nice.
I have a long story to share!! My previous eye Dr stopped taking my insurance so I got online and called many places to see who would take my insurance (no I don't call the number on the back of the card cause that don't usually work) so I found a place and silly me since I called so many I thought it was a place in Austintown they said it was next to coaches so I go to that eye Dr next to coaches and they didn't have me as a patient so I called that number back and here they were in East Liverpool but the receptionist was s... read more
This office is full of incompetence! Initial call to get glasses (with prescription in hand) they try to give full exam, then blame us for wasting Dtr.’s time, then tried to give us 2 prs when supposed to be one, the pd $10 to ship (in hopes of getting them faster, instead they mail to their own zip code and now need to wait an additional week to get glasses! I wouldn’t be surprised if the glasses are somehow wrong too!! I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this place for anything!
