Been coming to Dettmer on Cork St for tire needs for 20+ years now. Another thing I love about life in a small city. A friendly, scrupulous, and welcoming place!
Always great service there and good prices.
Terrible experience. The staff was outright rude and dismissive throughout the process. Without asking or informing me, they changed the rims on my tire, a major decision that should have required my approval. On top of that, their communication was incredibly poor. Despite giving them my phone number multiple times and repeating it clearly, they still managed to get it wrong, which caused even more delays and confusion.
