Came over for one day of work and then completely ghosted me. Was set to come back the next day, I even took the day off work so I could be there, and he ignored all calls and texts. I offered to pay him for the one day of work he did do, and was still left on read. Edit: you left me read over a week ago, yet replied to the review over night. In all that time, a simple text to let me know you’re not coming would’ve been the courteous thing to do as a professional.
I called him this morning for assistance with removing a bird’s nest. He was able to accept the appointment same-day. He was very thorough and informative. Great Customer Service!
Dan is more than a handyman he is a jack of all trades! If you need a plumber, painter, something glued, nailed or repaired at a reasonable price look no further. I’ve nick named him DAN THE MAN excellent service.
Listen up Detroiters! Here's a young man who does not only good work but also great work. And takes pride in his skilled (and licensed)trades work. I for one, am very much pleased with work he has done in and on my home. So glad I was his referred client.
