I was apart of the first welding class it was amazing. We got first aid and osha training. We had a lot of time to practice our mig welding. We had lots of tools our book our teacher don and Mr Cartwright. Plus to help us get jobs placement Mike Jones from Detroit Training Center was always sending us text messages for job leads. He came to class and checked on all of us. There’s so many things they showed us that was like no other program. We did so well all a lot of us got our welding license included myself. great instructors very helpful
I was a student at DTC where I was enrolled in the Heavy Equipment Operator class. The instructors were very knowledgeable and the hands-on training got me ready for real world job experience. The best part about this program is when I graduated I was got job with the of the career counselors at DTC. The staff did everything they said they were going to do. I highly recommend this school for anyone who wants to learn a trade.
