Sad truth is this company is a joke. It was the best place to work in town for years and had the highest pay rates around. When you said you worked at DTMP, it was something to be proud of. Now the pay is terrible and the supervisors treat the employees like trash. They literally have no idea how to run a business and I wouldn't be surprised if the place goes under because of quality issues that they refuse to remedy.
