I have been going to Detroit Tire for about two years. I find them very professional and courteous. I find that they do often try to upsell, but what business doesn't? They have allowed me to buy parts from other places and have done the installation without question. They are very grrat.

This sounds like something I over heard the other day. There was a safety issue and just wanted to make sure it was fixed(by them or someone else) I had issue and they showed me the broken pieces. Could have been very serious should it happen on the road to me or someone else. Not happy I had to spend the extra $$$ but it was a HAVE TO moment. THANKS STEVE!

Incredibly rude when we in to get a tire and did not spend extra money on recommended service. Did not even put spare tire back in vehicle. Will never go there again and would recommend you don't either
Had tire repairs done and the pressure adjusted in all of the tires on my car. Very quickly in and out. Also, Top Notch customer service from the guys at Detroit Tire.
