They have lost my papper work befor and i had to refill it out again from the last time I was there they didn't put my information in the computer. Most recent visit was almost 3 hours long dont understand why . My schedule only allows me to be able to go on Mondays or Tuesdays I've been trying to see the nurse and get tested for the last 3 weeks finally got in last Tuesday the last 3 times they said the the nurse wasn't see any more patients she was leaving early and it was nowhere near close to the clinic closing time it w... read more
