Poor customer service and terrible billing experience
Be careful on taking advantage of their $1 for 6 month offer. I got charged $9.99 in June - so called and canceled it. In July, I got charged again so called to get a credit - nope, and canceled again. In early Aug, to be proactive (after being able to view the edition), I called - they had NOT canceled my account. So, got it canceled or so I thought. So surprised that I was charged $9.99 Aug 28th. BUT, I cannot access the paper as my account is closed.
