In terminal B at 7:30 on a Saturday evening after a croos country flight. Every single food option in the terminal is closed except for Chili's, which closes at 8:00.
If you want to meet passenger at gate, or walk them there, or go to airport as non ticketed passenger, use the Destination Pass. Reserve it the day before and before 8pm.
McNamara Terminal Security: 2 on departures (Precheck, Clear and Normal), 1 on Ground Transportation Bridge level (Normal only). International Arrivals use a dedicated line after customs.
WiFi is easy to connect. If it doesn’t work, select network, then go to internet browser to load the portal. Quite fast and reliable.
Lounges: 4 sky clubs in McNamara Terminal. Big one in middle of concourse A, smaller ones on both ends. Medium and quieter one in concourse b/c after tunnel. 1 in north terminal (Lufthansa) on left
One of the best airports in the country! Nothing more simple and efficient as DTW. Great amenities in both terminals, especially the McNamara Terminal.
The airport is amazing! One of the best in the country. McNamara has plenty of things to offer. North Terminal has good food options.
