Chick-filet or the Plum Market are my go to food stops in my home DTW airport.
Tunnel is cliche for those who know it, but worth a look-see if you haven’t!
The McNamara terminal is fantastic. This is among my favorite airports to visit. Lots of varied food options. It is spacious with plenty of seating and electric outlets for working and recharging.
