The service in every single place I have been to in this airport sucks. People seem to be in slow motion.
The Global Entry office is not at Customs in the A Terminal. You have to take a bus to the North Terminal.
Make sure you take the express train for far gates, especially if you're late.
Don't have 2 martinis before you walk through the tunnel between terminals A and B & C.
