During my visit, Dr. Cardwell came across as dismissive and appeared irritated when I asked questions about my health concerns. This experience was disappointing, especially as I have not had negative interactions with healthcare providers in the past.
I am a CNA! And it’s disgusting how they discuss HIPPA info in front of other staffing and patients that actively hear them criticizing and judging others health. I do not recommend coming here. They literally make fun of people due to what they have. And it’s no way I should hear them discussing patient information while I am sitting in their lobby. It is poor service here. And it’s about the money not the careless of the job that’s needs to be provided
