Best hotel experience I've had in a long time, truly helped make me feel welcomed back home. Came back to Detroit for a surprise Bday from Dallas TX and decided to spend a little extra on the trip to stay in a hotel instead of be a burden on family with my pregnant wife. We were just in Nigeria 4 days prior to this trip and London before that so we were both EXHAUSTED but wouldn't miss the surprise party if possible. We had an awesome experience with Barbara in the concierge lounge as well as the person who checked us in!! Great staff!!
Barbara in the Marriott member suite was amazing. The Wed prime rib was not really good at all. Room fridge had to be changed.
