This is an older property. When I went to bed the fitted sheet came off. I got up to put it back on and found that the mattress was in a plastic sheath like you would put on a childs bed. Usually this means bed bugs. Upon further investigation the plastic barrier was ripped to shreds under the fitted sheet. Barbara in the concierge lounge is the absolute best! She makes you feel at home and like you are the most important person in the hotel! Makes you want to come back soon to enjoy her company!
Miss Barbara is the best. She always takes care of you on your visit. A delight person and one of the reasons we stay.
