The hotel is nice. Rooms are great. The common areas like the bar, restaurant and concierge were a bit stuffy. Guests and employees were feeling warm. Don’t know why it’s so uncomfortable. The bar service was lack luster also. Whoever was working the bar on April 14 needs to learn to smile. The one beacon of light was Barbara in Concierge. Barbara was absolutely fantastic in the Concierge Lounge! She was professional, friendly and very welcoming! She made my experience memorable!

Renovations are nice, very clean and some decent eating options nearby. But what made me rate this location as 5 star was Barbara and the service she provides in the concierge lounge. She is so welcoming and goes out of her way to insure you are taken care of!
The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and gave suggestions for nearby food locations so that was a plus... The room itself wasn't bad but there was hair left in the bathroom...but the noise was ridiculous I guess there was some type of activity where there had to be at least 50-70 kids ages from 12-15 staying there running up and down the halls and they basically took over the lobby.. just crazy...I wish I would have known that cause I would have never booked there at almost $150 for the night it was a nightmare.
