The staff has very nasty attitudes towards the seniors. I don’t know if they have personal problems at home or with their employment but they shouldn’t let it affect their performance when dealing with clients. Their personal opinions don’t matter because everyone has one. Very rude and nasty….
This is absolutely the worst Housing Authority. They never answer to emails or phone calls. I will never use the again.
How is it that my name is on the home choice vouchers list since 2020 and I never get a letter or a call and they said I lost the lottery drawing for my home choice voucher apparently my name wasn't pulled in their lottery so I'm still homeless...THANKS D.H.C FOR NOTHING
