Recently inquired to receive a quote for a hoist and had additional questions regarding the headroom of the hoist itself that was quoted. I emailed the representative Chelsea back with my question. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and belittling. If I have a question about your product, as the customer I can ask it. No matter how big or how small the question.
