Best company ever!!! I have used them for my furnace repairs, air conditioner unit and now for a new hot water heater. They responded to my phone call immediately and came out the next morning to replace it, as I had water throughout my basement. **** and *** replaced the tank, and were professional, courteous, and prompt. I will not use anyone else but them!!
Detroit furnace were called by DTE to check on my furnace. The service call was made to check the inducer motor. On the 10th of October 2023 they sent a tech he claimed the whole furnace must be replaced. II was not home when they came so I called DTE again to have a senior tech come out to make sure the only option I had was to replace the furnace. They brought the same guy over and he started looking for a crack in the heat exchanger and didnt find one then fused to use the carbon monoxide meter to check and claimed that t... read more

We reviewed your profile and on both visits to your home, there was visible rusting and damage to the heat exchanger. When there is damage such as that with carbon monoxide levels above 10ppm, DTE does not cover repairs within the Home Protection Plan. Our technicians were simply following the guidelines set by DTE HPP. However, we as a company would be more than happy to quote you for repairs or replacement, but unfortunately the repairs are not covered by DTE in this particular case.
I called Detroit Furnace to get my sump pump looked at. It was backing up through the drain. They came out the same day and quoted me a fair price to replace. The job was completed within the week. The guys were very professional and knowledgeable.
One of the best in Detroit. My daughter smelled gas in her house and had no idea what to do. She has three little ones and called a few people in the area but no one picked up. Detroit Furnace picked up right away and they came out and fixed the issue. So nice and helpful. They have a customer for life!
I had this company out when my air conditioner quit working. They tech that came was very professional, he explained to me everything that needed to be done with my air conditioner. After he explained how much it would cost and what it would take to fix it we decided to move forward with the repair. I am very excited that my unit now works. These guys did an excellent job working on my air conditioner. I called them on Monday they came out the next day and I was up and running. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for hvac work.
