Completely understandable why they have such a low rating. I talked to someone who was interested in a service my company offers and they told me to call back the first Monday after New Years to set up a business meeting. Today I called back and a woman named Jessica answered the phone. I explain what I was calling about and she cut me off very rudely, told me they didn’t schedule for things like that internally, and proceeded to hang up on me.
