I love this place! Every class I have been to has been fun and motivating and I especially love the emphasis on building a community. Every teacher there has pushed me to try new things and are always so patient if I have questions or need help. Highly highly recommend!

Terra and Detroit Body Garage are amazing. Despite living in NYC, Terra has been coaching me twice a week virtually for over 3 years now. Now both my husband and mother in law also do sessions twice a week too! My workouts with Terra are non negotiable. I work my schedule around them if I can. She's patient but pushes you. She learns about your particular body and is sensitive to any injuries or weaknesses and intuitively creates sessions that strengthen but also care for your body.
