I have done group classes and personal training here and have had a consistently great experience. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging. I often bring my kids to the kid-friendly classes Monday and Wednesday mornings and they have fun playing while I work out.
Absolutely the best gym in the city. Knowledgeable and friendly trainers, great community atmosphere, and supportive of all bodies and modifications! I cannot recommend this enough if you are trying start getting fit or get an insane full body workout!
