Mark was super helpful and made the process of getting our new Aluma 2 bike trailer. We were in and out in less than 40 minutes. We had issues trying to rent a trailer for our upcoming trip and decided to buy one so we didn’t have to search. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive there to pick up our new toy. They have a ton of trailers on site that would suit and of your needs whether big or small. The rest of the staff were super helpful and asked each other if they needed anything to help out. I would highly recommend Detro.
I knew what I wanted but the staff was incredibly helpful. He took me through his lot and showed all the options and we did cost comparison and features for each model. In the end I settled for the unit that I came in for, but they were super helpful. The entire process took about an hour
