Called Maintenance about a leak in our downstairs toilet, they literally came within an hour to fix it! Was nervous because all the reviews said they took forever, but nope, it’s being fixed as I’m typing this
Do not live here. This is the ghetto and overpriced and all they will do is suck you out of every last dollar you have.
Do not, under any circumstances lease with Detrick Homes if you have a choice. This is my fourth time living in privatized housing and Detrick Homes and Balfour Beatty (The parent corporation) are without question the worst privatized housing I’ve experienced. A month before leaving Hawaii we were offered a home and told we had 48 hours to accept the home and would not be offered the opportunity to put eyes on the inside of the home prior to signing the lease.
