These guys are the real deal. Their fast diagnosis and honest charges are worth the wait to get your vehicle booked in. Russell and staff were a pleasure to deal with. My future repairs and service will be at their workshop. Finally I have found a great trustworthy business.
Very glad I found Detrac Diesel for getting work done on our Toyota Coaster. Been there a couple times now and they always did a great job. Had a few bad experiences with regular car mechanics working on our bus but with Russel you know that they got the experience to work on Coasters and know exactly what they are doing. I couldn’t fault Detrac. I was recommended them on a Sprinter facebook page by a few people so gave them a shot for a routine service. Quality service, attention to detail, honesty and transparency was what i got. Fast forward a few months and after hitting a massive pot hole and snapping a strut mount they got me sorted with zero notice.
