Do not recommend.
Great office with awesome staff. The office is really up to date and always very clean. The staff are all so nice and really seem to try and give everyone the best expeirence possible. Feels great to have found this amazing office for my families dental care!
Has his office manager Randy handle all of the patient issues. Doesn't give Randy any authority so the proposed solution Randy offers will get axed by Dr. Detmer because he is too cheap to accept accountability of mistakes in his practice.
Dr. Detmer and his team have taken care of me for 10+ years. Never had a single complaint. Always well-informed and have kept my teeth in perfect condition! Can't say enough about the friendly staff!
Will not take phone calls regarding patient care. I was told he's too busy and will not return calls. Office staff takes multiple days to schedule appointments. Again, told that is office is extremely busy. Based upon this, it would be my opinion, that he doesn't have the time to accept new patients and is more concerned with production than patient care.
