I've been going to DETAX for years and have no plans on going any elsewhere.
I have had a great experience working with Silvia and Detax. I’ve been going there for several years now and they’ve always done a great job. I highly recommend them.
Avoid at all costs. Started with them a few years ago, but their prices have become outrageous. Even though they are not even C.P.A.s (just tax preparers), my tax bill ballooned to over $1200 over 3 years. They never tell you what it will cost until after they have finished, AND they had the nerve to add an additional 4% for using a credit card !!! (two hours later) They just responded with false information. I looked it up. The 1040 tax return in 2019 was $575. And even though I was not satisfied today, they demanded paymen... read more
