Great experience
When I asked the nurse to have the doctor call me after having my surgery the snotty reply was “that’s not going to happen”. This was the last conversation I will have with datar. From scheduling through surgery there were screwups from the office; failure to get test to the office requiring me to physically retrieve them from another town, calling the evening before to cancel my surgery because I did not have a ride home from hospital (I did have a ride). Excellent experience, very thorough explaining details of surgery
Took my husband to see Dr. Ballow. Agreed to see NP. Np was fine. He ordered a sterile test to see if my household void on his own and ordered a Foley catheter if he couldn’t. He was not able to and both procedures were performed by LVN. Not once did she was her hands or use hand sanitizer. Put on sterile gloves with dirty hands. Now my husband is in the hosp with sepsis. What nurse does not wash their hands. I am a master’s degreed RN. I do know what I am talking about. Will never go back here again and immediately switched... read more
