Dr. Henderson and staff very accommodating and friendly. Did not rush me through the appointment, listen very intently then gave me reasons for ordering the prescription.
I am very disappointed with the office staff at this ENT practice. My father’s medical records, including his medication list, were incorrect at multiple visits despite being corrected repeatedly. This is a serious patient safety concern. Additionally, the office was inconsistent and inflexible regarding caregiver access.
