The whole process was very fast. They said I had a fracture and referred me to a bone specialist. The specialist said I had no fracture and apologized for waisting my time. I waisted my time and money for the unnecessary boot and specialist appointment because the ER doctor couldn’t read an X-ray properly.

My 86 yr old Dad fell 10ft and had a huge lump on his head. I rushed him to Main Detar ER. I gave the receptionist required ID information. No one in the waiting room and everything was quiet. We were told to wait. After 15min we were frustrated and left. We went to Citizens ER. Gave required ID information and asked to sit down. Within a few minutes we were brought back to a room. In another 5 min a trauma team was called to make sure he was stable. Significantly different service. Dont go to Detar ER...
