I recently purchased with this realtor. As a first time home buyer I would not recommend this group as I was not able to get the guidance I needed from them when buying my first home. I would not recommend to a friend. They were however very quick to respond.
Over many years Victoria Gramling has been our agent. She is absolutely amazing and really cares about her clients. She takes the stress out of buying or selling you're home. You can completely trust her during the entire process. No matter what time of day it is, if you reach out she's there to answer any questions. Her communication skills are excellent and she is such a nice person. We are so grateful to have her represent us and appreciate everything she has done. Victoria is truly a very special person. Moreover, Winnie advised me against submitting our application, as it would be futile.
