Easy to deal with, reasonable prices, I live far distance from my rental property so it is good to know that they can take care of everything with minimal problems.
Had a viewing last year. Guy was on his phone the whole time, could answer basic questions like where the property ended, and if animals were allowed. We were told we had to make 3x the rent value per month, and we make 4x but we're told we didn't have enough income so we needed to do a double security deposit on top of first and last month rent, which totalled to $8,100 up front.
