Do not go When you walk in the are all snotty and have there nose up and they talk bad about everyone even when they are there. They do awful massages you do not get everything you pay for and if you say anything they get mad.
Wonderful! Everyone has always been very friendly and sweet to me whenever I have gone there. The massage therapist, Karen, is amazing and my hairstylist, Kristen, is quite good as well. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I love the cute decor. Overall, this is one of the friendliest day spas I've ever had the pleasure to visit. It definitely has a small town graciousness and neighborliness to it, not intimidating or snooty like some day spas in surrounding areas. I won't go anyplace else!
Think Steel Magnolias, but less cute Okay but not worth the money. I'd save and go to nearby Chattanooga or even take the trip to Atlanta. The package I purchased got the job done, but nothing special. For a small town business I guess it's alright, it's comfortable, but the word 'Spa' is a bit misleading. It's 90% a hair salon. Take a look at their website and judge for yourself. Not the most professional or modern stylists, but if you like the typical southern chattering hair dressers, it's perfect for you.
Amazing! I think they were amazing! They did a wonderful job on my hair and nails. They have beautiful bracelets and necklaces. I love it there.
Totally Pampered!! I received a complete Day Spa package for Details & Options Day Spa & Salon. The service I received was amazing!! Upon arriving, I was greeted by the front desk coordinator along with the business owners Debbie and Kathy. I was so impressed with the appearance of the Salon and Spa. The staff was amazing and the services I received were great. My package starting with a customized facial, and then a one hour pregnancy massage.
