ran into Glenda in the building she is amazing, I do have to say the staff doesn't get back to you, won't even make an appointment and asked about purchasing a cabinet for my bathroom, never heard back until I called and the person had no time

Fantastic customer service! We had a fastener on a 25 year old Downsview cabinet that failed. I contacted Luke and brought the failed piece in. He not only provided the replacement part complementary (life time warranty) but helped install it on the drawer. In the modern retail world It doesn't get better than this.
