This is the second time Michele wasn’t here for an appointment I made. Had made an appointment in the spring to get my hair curled for an event and my appointment wasn’t even in their system. Went to get a trim in the summer today and she wasn’t even in the store. Do not waste your time because this salon is inconsiderate of their customers. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
I’m really disappointed I booked an appointment weeks ago to get my hair curled for a special event. They didn’t even have my appointment in the books. Then my hair was rushed curled within 10 minutes and my curls fell an hour later.
The shop is very comfortable and easy to call in for reservations. They also accept walk-ins. Michelle is a great beautician and I have always been satisfied with the results.
Such a great place! Had availability within a week of calling. Lindsey helped me feel refreshed! I went way out of my comfort zone & she did amazing, educating me along the way!! When I said blonde, I was hesitant but it came out so great!!! I love it!! Thank you so much !
