I dropped off my van at 10 am for a 2 hour detailing and 8 hours I was told it was all done except washing the carpet. I told them to forget about the carpet and I would pick it up. When I got there all that was done was a car wash. The inside was still dirty and nothing else had been done. He was telling me how his staff left, he was the only one and they were overbooked. I didn't pay $50 for a car wash.

Amazing! Amazing Amazing! They detailed my 1988' yes 1988 BMW that hadn't been detailed since.... well 1988 and they made it look like it was showroom ready! Amazing work. Did a great job. Very professional, and they pay attention to the minor details. They don't use brushes like other car washes which leaves your car scratched up. They clean your car like it was a there own.
I bought a coupon on dealsaver.com to get my truck detailed for 27.50. I made an appointment a month out and told them I had a F250 pickup. Went to drop of the truck and they took my keys and the coupon, then I left. The worker followed me out the door and said its going to cost more than what the coupon said. When I asked why he stated, “I’m not washing that big truck for 27.50” and he went on to say that his chemicals cost more than that. I bought a groupon for a full detail. Upon getting to Details, I was told my trunk would not be done (how is this not included in a full detail) I asked to speak with someone about it, even too see how much extra it was. He would not even speak to me just over me at the secretary.
