Excellent service, quick, explained available options but didn’t pressure for the big package. Convenient location and friendly owner. Even has an Air B&B upstairs. Would come again! Mobile services available.
Very clean
They did a great job, and their location is great and easy to get into since they only work on a few at a time. The website allows you to book but then I got a call saying that time wasn’t actually available, so it seems like they need a way to integrate the bookings so there is consistency. The person on the phone just said “yeah if we have an appointment then we have to call the person and say that the time they booked online isn’t available” which seems like a bad system that just creates confusion. Amazing & thorough job on my vehicle, even with the embedded dog hair! Very accommodating to my schedule & extremely comfortable waiting area. There's an area to watch your vehicle being serviced & the staff is really friendly, periodically checking in on you. I also really appreciate their commitment to supporting other local small businesses & entrepreneurs. I'm glad they've been able to expand to this downtown location!
